So, as many of you know, my sister Diana and her little family lived in my other sister Shandra's basement for a few years while my brother-in-law Jared got his doctorate in Physical Therapy. It was a fun time had by all, but now Diana and Jared have moved on and bought a house of their own (in Herriman as well...yeah! :) I think there were some tears shed as they all went their separate ways, but I do know one person that was jumping for joy with excitement...my brother-in-law Todd! You see, he's been planning and dreaming of his Theatre room ever since they finished their basement and now he is finally able to make it happen! As you can see he purchased the hugest sectional ever (seats over 25 people), the best surround system ever, and a huge screen. To celebrate the occasion, we had our first movie premier with all our family. It was a double feature...the first feature was for all the kids and the second feature was for the adults. We all took a vote on what movie to watch...we ended up with Pirates of the Carribean. That's a family favorite, but I was hoping for more action like Iron Man or something. Oh well, there will be many more movie nights to come! Thanks Todd for the fun...we'll never have to pay for a theater experience again!
